digital/virtual format, please read the following Return & Refund Policy
carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital / Virtual Products

Earth Publication primarily provides digital or virtual books and
publications that may be delivered through online access, download links,
digital files, or other electronic methods.

2. No Return of Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, virtual books and digital
publications cannot generally be returned after purchase, download,
delivery, or access has been provided.

3. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered in the following circumstances:

• Payment has been successfully deducted from the customer’s account,
  but the digital product or access has not been delivered due to a
  technical or system-related issue.
• The customer has been charged more than once for the same transaction
  due to a duplicate payment.
• The purchased digital product is technically defective or inaccessible
  due to an issue attributable to Earth Publication, and the issue cannot
  reasonably be resolved by providing a corrected file or access.
• Any other refund is approved by Earth Publication after reviewing the
  specific circumstances of the transaction.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be provided in the following situations:

• The customer has successfully received or accessed the digital book.
• The customer has downloaded the digital product and subsequently
  changes their mind.
• The customer purchased the wrong book or product after reviewing
  the available product information.
• The customer no longer requires the purchased digital product.
• The customer is dissatisfied with the content based solely on
  personal preference or expectation, where the product has been
  correctly delivered as described.
• The customer has shared, copied, distributed, reproduced, or otherwise
  misused the digital product after receiving it.

5. Technical Problems

If you experience difficulty accessing or downloading a purchased digital
book, please contact us before requesting a refund. Earth Publication will
make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue by providing a new download
link, corrected file, or alternative access method, where applicable.

6. Duplicate Payments

If the same order is accidentally paid for more than once, the duplicate
payment may be eligible for a refund after verification of the transaction.
The refund will normally be processed through the original payment method,
subject to applicable payment gateway and banking procedures.

7. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund or report a payment/delivery issue, please contact
Earth Publication with the following details:

• Customer name
• Registered e-mail address or mobile number
• Order or transaction ID
• Name of the purchased digital book
• Payment date and amount
• Brief description of the issue

8. Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved, Earth Publication will initiate the refund
through the applicable payment method or payment gateway. The time taken
for the refunded amount to appear in the customer’s account may depend
on the payment gateway, bank, or financial institution involved.

9. Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe that an unauthorized transaction has been made using your
payment method, please contact us as soon as possible. We may request
transaction details or other information necessary to verify the matter.

10. Policy Changes

Earth Publication reserves the right to modify this Return & Refund
Policy from time to time. Any revised policy will become effective from
the date it is published on the website.

Because digital books and virtual publications are delivered electronically,
customers are advised to carefully review the product details before
completing a purchase. Refunds are considered only in accordance with
the conditions stated in this policy and applicable law.
